Harlequin Arts has evolved out of a passion for creativity and the desire to enable others to both realise and express themselves through their own creativity.
Karen is an experienced primary teacher and textile artist, who currently works with all ages, delivering creative art workshops. She can provide a range of creative experiences and has worked in a variety of settings in conjunction with schools, local councils, arts council, residential homes and health authority.
Karen's own work utilises both hand and machine stitch, ranging from large scale commissioned banners to smaller hand stitched and beaded bags. She also works on pieces that utilise recycled and reclaimed materials.
