Description

artSpaceWorkshops is a new company looking to offer one and two day workshops in creative activities. Held primarily at New College Nottingham's School of Art, Design Fashion & Media, the workshops will be held at weekends and during the summer holidays in a variety of disciplines including, painting, print-making, photography, pottery and textiles.

We are looking for enthusiastic local artists who want to share their passion with others. Designer / Production Manager

Cosmos Europe are designers and manufacturers of Eyewear working closely with a number of International fashion brands and retailers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with both sunglasses & optical collections within a growing UK based company.

As a designer & production manager you will be given creative & technical responsibility for eyewear collections with a number of fashion brands and retailers.

This rewarding role will allow you to create concepts, branding solutions and deliver commercially relevant product to market through the management of production.

Duties:

·  Design

·  Creative management of projects

·  Production management with factories

·  Client liaison                                 

Experience:

·  At least 1-2 years design experience in industry

·  Fashion/Product Design back ground ideal

·  Design experience

·  Production experience preferred

Skills: 

·         Proficient Computer Skills (adobe suite/Microsoft suite/other CAD software)

·         Thorough organisation skills & time management 

·         Technical abilities (sample comments/tech-pack production)

Pay:

·        £17,000 - £21,000 (depending on experience)

Business development / Account Manager

Full or Part time

This is an exciting opportunity to develop business on an international scale through the expansion of our established design manufacture and distribution network.

 We are looking for a hard working individual who is able to deal directly and professionally with current clients as well as actively look for new business opportunities.

The individual must have experience & confidence in working with decision makers at all levels in small and large businesses.

Duties:

·         Business development

·         Account management

·         Customer liaison

·         Business Strategy

Experience:

·         At least 1-2 years experience

·         Creative industry experience preferred

Pay: £15,000 -  £18,000 + high commisions (depending on experience)
