Whether freelance, independent or within an organisation, opportunities are available now for all cultural practitioners, artists, designers, arts managers, cultural heritage workers, archivists, librarians, and creative industries entrepreneurs.

Action Learning:
"PALS" Programme Peer Leadership Group The "Powerbrokers Action Learning Set" (PALS) programme has been designed to provide a safe environment where up to six mid-career leaders can quickly share journeys, successes, dilemmas or/and to take the time and space to experiment with ideas they may feel uncomfortable divulging within their organisations, to clients or colleagues, within a secure peer support group. PALS members will have access to their team facilitator for additional one-to-one support. Charting the journey is a key feature plus the built-in support for the group to stretch themselves to lead and to encourage the sustainability of the group after the programme closes.
The programme will consist of 5/6 members and all six half-day sessions are to be attended by the group members who commit to provide their peers with reflection time, share experience through open, positive questioning and receive feedback. The first session commences on 24 May 2010.
